The Hotel room is quite clean. The staff is also pretty helpful.

The location of the hotel is very far from any public transport, even getting a taxi is tough.

It's a stay with minimum hassle. Rooms are nice and staff are friendly. Good value for the money.

Near to the Malaysian immigration and custom complex for those with vehicles wanting to go to Singapore. For those without transport, it may be a problem as the hotel is situated away from the town. Very helpful staff and the security for the cars parked on the road is ok as there is a security guard on watch in the night. Internet is ok but the receptionist could not give me the actual password. Had to juggle around with the password given by the receptionist.

The staff were lovely. Very helpful and cheerful. They considered my really heavy luggage and changed me to a downstairs room. It had no windows though.

I had the room downstairs. It was very noisy as the reception television was on 24hours and was just outside my door. I think one of the staff was playing the radio in the early hours of the morning as well and I was up at 3am asking them to turn it down. Which they did but on the whole a very noisy room.

What I can say is value for money! Satellite tv in this budget hotel,walking distance from custom,staff is friendly and helpful,clean,.......!

The friendly staff and cleanliness.

During my stay there was a renovation going on at the neighborhoods.very noisy as early as 8am. Very far from the eateries. Difficult to get dinner and supper at night.

The hotel staff are both friendly and approachable. The neighbourhood is quiet with surrounding eateries. We can reach City Square through the Immigration Complex. A value for money stay.

The room that we stayed could not receive the Malaysian channel.

Ideal Hotel... If you want to go Singapour... Without staying in Singapour. It's just nearby the immigration desk. Keep in mind that you will need 1h30 to reach Singapour Marina from the Hotel.

The staff are very friendly, very helpful. They willing to help us even at night, also they will have a good smie which is the most important in hospitality. The staff are well train and u have done a good training to all the staff. Will come back again for a short break.
